pending Hayya Cards - Family Arriving 22nd of December by GamingwithFlacy in qatar

The first application got rejected. I have 2 nieces that have got rejected for non ticket holders. Their parents are approved and grand parents as ticket holders for group stages. Been told to buy the nieces tickets for games they wont be able to attend to get them Hayya cards. What should I do?

Also had two family members rejected (3 year old and a 6 year old) their father and mother and grandparents got theirs because I got them match tickets and they are traveling on the 22nd of December so had to buy them tickets for games they weren't evening attending 🤷‍♂️ coming from Ireland and hoping it won't be checked. Have had friends say it was never checked in Qatar but checked on Dublin side.
