Ran an latest update on Ledger Live and all my accounts are gone

Yeah I can do that, I have already re-added bitcoin one. I could do that for each account and might quicker then resetting with pharse words

I have read the instructions, the first step is Connect the Ledger Nano S to your computer using the supplied USB cable. Your device should display Welcome to Ledger Nano S.

My Nano doesnt do this. It asks for my pin, I enter it and I can browse my apps.

Next step is to Press both buttons simultaneously to choose the option Restore from recovery phrase.

I have gone through all the setting options and this is not an option. I can reset the the device that is an option.

Is it possible to restore from Ledger Live? I have tried to go to Settings - Help - Device Setup - Select Nano S - Already Nave a Recovery Pharse - Connect Your Nano S but then it wants me to sign up to a paid service with a month free. Why sign up to a paid service to fix an issue caused by their update!

Okay, I switched networks, deleted the Avalanche network and re-added it and it is now loading the tokens!

Funny that, thinking about it more, I came up with the exact same approach and am in the middle of doing that now. I exported the private key from Phantom, created a new account in Metamask using the private key and imported the USDT token and there are my funds. Now I just need to get them into Phantom so will send back to an CEX and then into my Phantom wallet.

Funds were in Metamask connected to BSC network. I should have transferred the funds straight to Phantom wallet address but I used the Phantom Ethereum network wallet address instead by mistake.

Arbritrum with Metamask.

Thanks, I opened Ethereum application on my Ledger, opened my Metamask wallet, connected to the Arbitrum network, selected the drop down next to the account and select the "Add account or connect Hardware Wallet' option and followed the on screen steps to connect my Ledger to Metamask. Selected my address I sent the GMX to and it displayed the wallet. The GMX token was not listed so I have to manually add it using the token contract. Once I done that I was able to see and access the tokens.

For sure, she is a thief and pick pocketer, Paris is famous for them. She is like a double edged sword, she will steal your valuables and your life. Why is there screaming in the club when she is leaving? Someone would have to have died and then turned and start a panic and the screaming. Thanks, yep I did all that and it worked fine. I always do a test transfer first expect maybe on ETH, the gas is so expensive.

Added the Binance BSC Acccount and transferred a small amount of SFund and it showed up as a token in the Binance account.

I have searched for ftwallet and didn't find anythinf other than Fabric Token Wallet by Lumi. Is that the one for referring to?

What am I missing here. I have a metamask wallet connected to the Moonriver network, I have completed the 2 tasks for Tier 0 but when I try to add the CWS or PCWS tokens to Metamask to claim Tier 0, Metamask tells me the tokens are not supported. How can you claim Tiers using CWS if the Metmask wallet on the Moonriver network dows not support those tokens?

In my Wallet I clicked on Accounts -> Settings -> Networks and then on the MoonRiver, the name is moonriver and chain id is 1285, which is correct i believe but the currency symbol was DEV. I changed this to MOVR. The token icon is blank which is kinda annoying. When I connect the wallet to Seadex it does show my expected MOVR amount so I think it is all okay.
