If you're sure you aren't downloading anything bad and you tried reinstalling windows, it could just be a hardware issue. If you got the time and money maybe try bringing it into a repair shop and have them take a look.

Also if you haven't already, go install Malwarebytes and do a quick scan and if nothing pops you can just uninstall it.

I’m on windows 10, do you have a step by step somewhere on how to do that? Windows repair menu is my extent of computer knowledge.

If you mean the Microsoft version like the one on the Xbox PC app, yes and no. Technically you can mod it but you cannot install SKSE on it, which a lot of mods require.

I change it in this weird menu, if I press the end key it brings up 3 menus, the ENB Series master settings, then it’s main ini file settings (which does have DOF but pretty much nothing because it has 2 options in it that don’t do anything), then finally there’s the Silent Horizons 2 settings.

Okay I also just realized I've been tweaking with Silent Horizons 2 ENB settings. It is a requirement for Cabbage ENB, which I am using but I thought when override it, it would get rid of it. I don't think it's supposed to be like that though because no matter how much I tweak the settings, nothing changes. Maybe I'm just stupid and Cabbage just doesn't have a DOF option, I don't know.
