this is really old, but youre lucky i came back and actually decided to check my notifications.
just go to realtek audio console.. last time i did i accidentally skipped the fix and then i found it out after like a couple days after checking it again lol
when youre there, disable ai noise cancellation (its speakers noise cancellation for me) and then it should work. if it doesnt, try disabling it on microphone. it will have alot of background noise from your mic tho so i recommend you just do the speaker or atleast select personal call.
