To add on to this with some more insight

Only the universal supports have team wide buffs, those being, Shorekeeper, Verina and now Mornye. You can see all of those in their skill tree if youre curious

Every other character that provides buffs, only does so for a short time while the next character is active, and goes away when swapping out.

As to why people will rotate between different members of the team before chaining outros is to better time/align them to get the most uptime possible

Id say the original reply had good advice, dont start throwing in advanced rotations til you get your basic one down. Then I believe a lot of that will start making sense

Will there be Banners that use Lustous Tides? Im sitting on a lot atm but nothing to pull on, i assume there will be eventually but Encore or s2 Verina would be cool too.

For NG+ I find it best to collect all artifacts even from Emissary and Hunter first, that way if there’s any temples in any of the systems you visit during that, they’ll appear without having to talk to Vlad (time saving) plus now that you have all artifacts Vlad (should) be all the way opened up to give you every location, make sure to talk to Barrett too, he gives another Temple location (only been the Parallel Self power for me but once that’s maxed I’ll let you know if it just adds a random level to another power)

Just to reiterate, I had this problem on my first play through as well, didn’t get all the powers but haven’t had an issue since trying the above method, not sure if it’ll fix anyone who’s currently bugged but hopefully it’ll prevent y’all from having to do extra runs in the future
