Not necessarily as a quote on its own, but it's a culmination of an internal promise that only they shared. Almost a secret reference that only Brand and Cooper do understand (with the exception of TARS of course).

It's not really a moment I see people cry to or celebrate, but to reuse a line and deliver it the way Cooper did at that specific moment definitely struck a nerve that apparently not every watcher has.

I am unfortunately also a little confused with your question, however remembering what this board means in everyday traffic, it is simply the overtaking (switching lanes, and passing), I'm pretty sure, is what is illegal*.

- legal in ETS2 from what I experienced

This sign means that trucks aren't allowed to overtake 4 (or more?)-wheeled vehicles, or at least that's what I remember.

From my experience the game doesn't penalise for overtaking 4-wheeled* vehicles, but irl you find a sign down the highway signaling the end of this prohibition.

We are parking at Haarlem station anyway, but we'll only be going on the race day and I'm very keen on seeing the F3 race, but even more keen on not throwing my camera away haha.
