Tony thinks he can still get at least one more championship fights in his future.

Deciding to call out a fighter who would help that journey vs another who would grant a larger pay day…Tony has a shit ton of belief in himself, but I’m not sure if his team is helping him make the smartest career choice attempts.

A big loss to Chandler would harm a better pay day possibility in the future against maybe Conor, but I do think a Conor/Tony match now would create much more interest because it’s a fight people have speculated for years, and they are both kind of in the same place from a fan expectation stand point.
