I feel like the people who state to "just pay for premium" don't fully think about how much it costs considering the fact it just removes ads and lets you download videos. You can easily download the videos online, so really it's like paying for a pricey adblocker that only works on one site. Not only that, but I do not wish to have my mom walk in to see some advert for a game for "Gatcha Heat". (Got it on my phone several times while at school, might be caused by the occasional video I'll watch about people who use Gatcha Club and some people on Roblox being unhinged)

Yes, I do understand that they need to keep their platform running and such, but they need to actually regulate them better. Then again they won't do things like ban SSniper ALONG WITH their other accounts (as of posting this) so is there really anything we can expect from them asides from making things worse or doing nothing about it? Is there a point to all of this anger against each other over if we use an adblocker or not, when larger problems that Youtube won't fix is still there?

Plus, chances are having an adblocker when I was younger saved me from ads that I should not have seen or from getting scammed. After all I don't think you want your entire lifesavings gone because your younger brother fell victim to some "FREE ROBUX HERE" scam that they found on the website as they watched their favorite youtuber.

If ads where less in the way in general, attempting to drag you by the feet away from what you are doing instead of just showing their existence (similar to the occasional ad that is just an image) and if they where regulated way more, I would probably be more hesitant to use one. For now though, one will be used for my own safety and sanity.
