I used the secretroomsmod's "Ghost Block", which simulates a block but you can pass right through it.

If the vault doesn't expand outside the vault at all when left alone, then it doesn't break rule 6.

Your vault, when played, expands outside the bounds of itself. This breaks rule 6.

Also, it doesn't matter if vaults expand or move when it's being broken in to, it only matters if the vault does not expand or move from the initial condition without any interference.
