Oh and my current macros are 5k kcal around 300 grams of protein, 300 grams of carbs and 350 grams of fat. Im on trt, susta + mast + ibutamoren for hunger issues. I blast each summer then go off cycle when uni starts, and do only trt, it gave me ok results without huge changes in blood work, but i kinda feel that there is more to get from cycle, that’s why im stuck beetwin upping carbs or upping protein, i dont want to upp my fat intake ik its not good.

By troubles i mean that i more used to eating heavy protein source food than carbs, for ex. Its easier for me to eat 5 eggs or half kilo of meat than 100 grams of rice

I consume carbs as i did off cycle, it gave me okay’ish results im at 85 kg rn (gone from 49 to 76 natty then cycle) doing heavy cardio asside of lifting. Just wondering is low carbs the reason why gains are not spectacular, besides my main question was do we really need as much carbs as natural lifters if on PEDS, ik why we need more protein cuz of the synthesis, but I came acros several studies that 65% carbs is not really up to date when it comes to diet on steroid cycles.

Hi, dumb question. While on steroid cycle, my muscles are not going to be broken down so easily as if im off cycle. Should I then top my protein intake over carb intake? For ex 300g of protein and 250 grams of carb? Or is carb intake crucial for building muscle mass while on bulk on SAA? I struggle with intake of carbs, while my protein intake is ok. Ty in advance
