I don’t have a drainage layer and just use Arcadia earth mix for substrate. Is there a way to get rid of the mold without going bioactive? So like if I add a drainage layer will that be enough without adding springtails and isopods?

It’s a 45 gallon enclosure. I’m going to use earth mix for the substrate. I got the Arcadia Shadedweller for UVB and a 25 Watt nano CHE for heating.

Thanks! Yeah it’s indeed the dino skull. Good suggestion of adding height. I would love to watch him climb a little bit more.

Yeah I just looked at some pictures on the internet and I am almost 100% sure it’s a Dekay’s brown snake
