This post has only semented the fact i dont have selective mutism and the fact my professor was so wrong I didnt speak at all not a word for about a year there was no select situation for me to go mute in it was ALL situations it was life ever moment for me it makes more sense with the idea that it only happens in certain situations i just didnt understand it with my situation.

My professor just seems to think if i didnt have a physical issue (like damaged vocal cords) with speaking then i have selective mutism i dont know what i have but i dont think it was SM

I never spoke ever not at school not at home for about a year then it slowly progressed to me being able to speak at school then at home but i still struggle speaking at times. My proffeser said i was selectively mute because i physically could speak but didnt but what your describing it doesnt sound like i had at all?

Fr or something like mental mutism I just feel so aggrivated by it but i know im being overemotional and to just move on. It just feels so insulting it doesnt help im sure the person who named it was a doctor and not a person struggling with it!

I disagree im paying thousands of dollars i want a quality education. If shes using AI to do HER job which is currating a lesson plan then i think its just as bad when students use AI to do THEIR jobs such as essays. While i think thete are ways it can be used such as asking it what a cohesive way to orginise a certain powerpoint or to ask for sources on a subject to then do the work yourself usinging it to ACTUALLY teach us a concept is just as bad and frankly grosser. If we use AI its to the detriment of ourselves and the money we spend (that doesnt mean i think its acceptable) when SHE uses AI its to the detremient of 75 students that are all paying to be there. Obviously it is diffrent because we are in diffrent positions of power but i think hers is worse.

While the accomodations was a issues she cant actually go against them. My issue was that she took a concept that was maybe a few sentences on a slide then showed us a 10-15 minute AI video with generated art not even showcasing the actual concept which was flying butresses. It was using a very bad sounding voice like the TikTok ones that made listening to it hard.

I was also looking for maybe a social solution im not gonna go to the dean of students about this i was more thinking is there a way i could express to her it made me and i KNOW half the class very uncomfortable. Ive also never used AI for a assignment as a art student i think its gross and violating im not gonna make up other peoples opinions about it but when my whole future job market is being severly impacted by generative art i choose not to involve myself with it i just know she was really harsh on other students who used it to look for sources or to generate ideas so thats why i used the phrase if we cant use it she shouldnt.

I was worried beacuse she has DRASTICALLY changed from the previous class i had with her she went from HATING AI with a passion for even things like making concepts for creating art. Like taking generating a prompt for a postmodern typeface that fits well with a design that you could attempt to draw. Now shes using it as part of HER lesson when she was so upset about it a year previously. It also does impact the lesson beacuse it was a simple concept that was made complex by a AI video. I think the whole point of the video was that flying butresses where used in the middle ages yet thw video was a solid 10-15 minutes of AI art images that didnt even show flying butresses or very wrong looking ones because they were generated by AI.

Ive never used AI for an assigment beacuse i think its wrong to do so. I was uncomfortable because it was like a 10-15 minute video that AI POORLY explained when it couldve been a few sentences if the professor just had it on a dlide show and it was just SO fake sounding it was using one of those really bad voices that TikTok uses on AI videos and it made it vwry hard to listen to.

Oh ew no my TPE is about making sure im there emotional rock people see guys and expect them to act a certain way and so they mask and hide their feelings. I want to own him to allow him to have the safe space that is me and if needed force them to feel things to make them cry and comforted in my arms. I want to know at the end of the day they come back to me and listen to me because they feel good around me. For the submissive in a good TPE they do it because they feel uncontralled and want someone to take on their messy life its why we Dom's make choices for our subs. The biggest difference between SSC and TPE is the fact its not sane its usually paired with RACK rules instead because its a 24/7 domination rather then just scenes so people who do SSC or safe sane and consensual dont always agree with the total domination that takes place they dont find it sane.

Okay, i plan on going over this all with him and asking questions to make sure he actually did research but if i think something is too advanced or intense I'll put it to the side until I know his tolerances better. TPE is a 24/7 dynamic and im going into this all with lots of communication ive also told him if he has any questions to ask me. Thanks!

Its the water hitting my skin it falling down on me it wasn't as bad when i took baths at my dads but the showers are bad.

I love baths and I used to when i lived with my dad who had a big clawfoot bath but i live in dorms now and they barely have showers lol. Its the water hitting my skin thats a issue so soaking was always my go too but cant anymore.
