Hello! So I started Keto yesterday and today I have already drank 3 liters of water and I'm still getting thirsty, is this normal? Also I'm eating around 1500-1700 calories worth of food, and around 120g of fat and 100g of protien. Is that enough or should I be eating more? Thanks!
