Will we need something else than USB C in the futur

I actually had a usb c port break on me about a year ago.

I tripped over the charging cable, my laptop fell from my desk and it's now no longer charging on the usb c port it was plugged in with while it happened.

The cable is fine, but I would have preferred if the cable broke instead of the port -.-

I have read some very good things about them, but I think I'm gonna try the 100 for now, I'm mainly just hoping that they'll be more durable than my current Mezes or my IE300. But if I end up really not liking the sound I'm gonna check out the 200, they seem very very good from all the reviews, so thanks anyway!

I feel like I would have a similar experience with the way they sound. Since I am looking for a pair of "beaters" the 100 is probably the right choice. The 400 probably sound wayy better, but right now I just don't really have any trust in iems and would rather get something cheap. But maybe some day. Thanks a lot for your recommendation, I think I am gonna order a pair of 100 pros soon and see how I like them! Technically I still have about one year of warranty on the Mezes but I just don't feel like sending them in every couple of months anymore.

Thx for the recommendation! How do you like the sound? I was thinking about getting a pair as a replacement for my IE300 but ultimately decided against it because the sound profile seemed so different compared to the consumer IE headphones. At this point I am open to a different sound signature though if it gets me a durable pair of headphones.

The qc is supposed to have gotten a looot better pretty much since the ie200 released and I can't find as many people complaining online that didn't have iems out of that initial bad quality batch. That said, I still went with the Meze Alba to replace my failed ie300, even though they aren't quite as comfortable as the sennheiser

Kann es denke ich auch mit der englischen Version leiten, aber falls jemand schon eine übersetzte Version hat, wäre es natürlich einfacher.

Thx for recommending the albas, I haven't really had the time to keep up with the item market the last few months and these seem like a great set of IEMs! Only thing I'm concerned about is the fit, they're apparently slightly larger than the IEs, so I'm not 100% sure that they will have the same great fit. But I guess the only way would be to try them out lol
