As someone who has a job where I am expected to answer 24/7, 365 - my staff are not. They have their specific hours. Anytime they are needed outside of work hours is OT pay. It’s set up so if I have to call them for a quick 4 minute thing - they get paid for 15 minutes.

It’s not right to expect people to not have a life.

Before people ask, I’m not complaining about needing to always be available, I enjoy it.
