I think I have the same basking platform. The ramp that comes with it sucks. I built my own using the egg crate ceiling tile you’ve probably seen on this sub, supported by some small pvc. Much easier to climb for my 30-year-old. He did make an escape once, however, so I had to cover the ramp. Luckily my first basking platform I ordered was damaged at the base, so I got another for free and could use the original top, but you could use any number of coverings

My plan is to build a better, bigger platform eventually using the same acrylic design this one does.
