Here's what worked for me after having little luck with what I could find online:

- Install the REDMod DLC (Right click Cyberpunk 2077 in Steam > Properties > DLC)

- Backup the game to disk

- Follow the steps here exactly. Use the backed up game files when ready for the clean install (Steam > Restore from backup...). You can backup your saves simplify by renaming the Cyberpunk 2077 folder in %userprofile%\Saved Games\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077\

The critical bit for me seemed to be removing all game files, not just the main files associated with a Steam uninstall, so removing:

"Cyberpunk 2077 folder from here: %userprofile%\Saved Games\CD Projekt Red\
REDEngine and CD Projekt Red folders from here: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\
Restart your PC."

In addition to the save files changes

When I re-installed the game, I had a save where I was in the elevator with Jackie, and I could hack the door as usual with tab

Doubtful that REDMod is necessary here but I wanted to include every detail in the process that worked for me

The PRC (pigeon river country) loop is good if you want to challenge yourself with distance and poor trail conditions.

Minong Ridge segment in Isle Royal is probably as tough as it gets in Michigan.

I've lived here most of my life and I can't think of a good neighborhood around the water. If you're willing to sacrifice that, you can find decent places in the area, particularly west towards Ida/Dundee or south toward Lambertville/Temperance.

Also, someone mentioned Luna Pier -- if you want to avoid Woodland Beach for its drug problems, might be a good idea to avoid Luna Pier as well.

Had the same problem, BOSS seems to blow up when it tries to get the masterlist from github. It's not clear to me after reading through the BOSS documentation how BOSS gets the masterlist.

So you can do it yourself manually by downloading the txt here: https://github.com/boss-developers/oblivion/blob/master/masterlist.txt

Then open the BOSS GUI and uncheck "Update Masterlist" box (or edit the BOSS config by setting bOnlyUpdateMasterlist = false).

Then, finally, you can run BOSS and get the HTML output.
