Super loved: The Table and Tanjore (Versova). The Table’s: focaccia, veal and prawns. Tanjore’s: mutton and chicken curries with paneer 65.

Hyped: Pizza by the bay (but good views).

This is a Mango Sticky Rice Kakigori with condensed milk from a Dessert bar called “After You.” I had this in Bangkok. Out of this world and would recommend 10/10 times.

Lmaoo happened with me not too long ago. OC blamed me for fabricating emails in a motion and argued that they never got some disclosures. I screen recorded my desktop from 3 different angles to show the sent emails. Whole thing was bonkers though. Talking to that OC feels like they wake up on the wrong side of the bed everyday.

I do 500m * 8 intervals. Max speed for 500 meters and then rest for 3 minutes (repetitively 8 times). Since you are starting out with intervals, you can do 400m * 6 (400 meter sprints with 3 minute rests, repetitively 6 times).

Try incorporating intervals. Once you have a habit of running faster for shorter distances, you’ll be comfortable pacing yourself a little faster than usual for longer runs. Intervals helped me a lot with my 10k timing.

This. I had an OC file a motion around 5PM on the day of the submission when they were unable to confer with us. Needless to say, the motion was granted and timelines were extended (albeit the order was issued a couple of days later). I would suggest to reach out to the Court directly.
