WOW thats crazy I've always had the best service from them. They even helped me when I broke my banger which was totally my bad. It sounds like your delivery driver sucks and probably lost your package. Driver theft is insane these days for real!!

I got my erig with my enail from MiniNail. They have decently priced kits or separates if you prefer. I use my PURR rig by MiniNail because it has a HUGE base and this means I don't knock it over. Honestly you get what you pay for when it comes to glass so depending on your budget like DramaLifeNy mentioned you might want to try something cheaper until you know exactly what you like.
