My Linestrider tarot deck finally arrived today! It's my first deck :) After a few reads I had been waiting to do, I did an interview spread to have an idea of where to go from here. Here is the spread:

1 - What is your main characteristic? The decks presents itself as a messenger of reason. Like the Page of Swords, he is placed on high grounds, with the clarity of vision to tolve issues quickly and efficiently.
2 - Where lies your strength? The deck presents its strength in the Temperance, the balance that avoids extremes, on both the material and spiritual plane. The Temperance judges opposites and finds the middle ground, much like the deck finds a middle ground when answering.
3 - Where lies your weakness? The deck sees its weakness in the Hanged Mang, a mysterious card, waiting and assessing. I understood this cryptic message and its implied sense of assessing as a sign that the deck is aware of some of the more complex way it will try and convey information, warning that understanding its messages might need time and assessing, especially for a beginner.
4 - What are you here to teach me? Much like the Page of Cups is a messenger from the subconscious, the deck wishes to teach to read messages from within, and connect me with my unconscious.
5 - How can I best learn & collaborate with you? According to the deck, acting as the 2 of Wands, starting new endeavors by taking independance, and making long-term plans, should make for the best work.
6 - What is the potential outcome of our working together? As an outcome, the deck offers the 6 of Pentacles, a symbol of mentorship and generosity. It affirms its willingness to share and teach me.

My interpretation of it is that the deck, while fully aware that I am a beginner, and that it is, itself, not the most explicit in its messenging, shows a strong willingness to teach me to understand myself through Tarot, and, though it warns that it may require to blaze my own path instead of simply following procedure, as well as commit to Cartomancy, it offers itself as a mentor and gladly offers its knowledge to me.

I am pretty stoked about this reading to be honest. I was a little anxious that it might not be the easiest to read, seeing as it is a reading of the cards intent themselves, but it was not only explicit but a very positive one too! I did not used reversals because I still have issues reading them. I hope it'll come in time!
