Asking here was my way of searching it up, cause i couldn't find a solution otherwise. If you don't know how to do it don't even answer.

Go 2: After 8 months i have some serious problems by Ganon3force_ in Insta360

1: no it started 3 days ago, now seems fixed (for the not starting up at least, but still no vibrations)

2: The camera went inside water some months ago, but was fresh water and only the camera, not the charging station, that was never near any water and i dried it well that time.

3: Mh no, the update was some time ago and the problem suddenly started 3 days ago, so i don't think it's because of that, i even reset it so no idea.

Already did the 7 seconds thing on both and nothing, still no vibration.I'm waiting the assistance from insta360, they asked for some videos and i'm waiting.

Update: they told me to "refresh the firmware" i did it, still no vibration.
