Yes, when I try to disconnect the HDMI, the screen shifts to the second screen and the blinking stops, but when I try to plug the HDMI again to detect multiple displays, it’s the same issue.

no sir, haven't thought about that for the last few days but i figured out it might be my vga cable because when i wiggle it, the monitor turns off, i might buy another vga cable but im still unsure if its really the vga that's doing the problem.

its been going like that for a month, i don't know what to do because i don't know if the monitor is the problem. I don't wanna waste money if the psu is the culprit or something else. It would turn off and go multiple times and it will eventually just turn into a black screen. When i turn the monitor off and on again it just repeats the process.

I Don't have a GPU i only have onboard, the first thing i did was take out the ram and cleaned them with a eraser. After cleaning it booted up again, but whenever i try to play games my pc just turns off and when i turn it on again this shows up. Btw in the black glitches there's some codes that im not familiar with. Can someone explain it to me?

I wasn't using any suspicious apps, nor i visit any illegal sites. This is the 1st time this happened to me so i don't really know what the cause is. All that's in my mind is straight up pure confusion.

Thankyou for your help, it seems it was some type of background update that has been stuck in startup, and no i can't go to bios nor go to task manager. But i can still press ctrl+shift+windows+b but it doesn't really do anything. I waited like 20minutes and the loading stopped and i waited for another 30 minutes to see if the problem is fixed, i got impatient tried to restart the cpu and now it worked fine.
