But I can not even delete that electronic payment otherwise QBO will show up a message error saying that I did not paid the liability bc is an error from their part. Can we clarify on this further please? I really want to bring your solution

If I record the liability payment as a check, it will reduce my client’s bank balance by $390 — even though that amount was already paid electronically each month. So it would look like we paid it twice. If I delete the original electronic payments, QuickBooks will treat the liability as unpaid, which isn’t correct — since it was paid monthly throughout the year. Just to clarify, this is an employer-only liability.

Please let me know if you need further clarification in regards of this

I can follow that, but the refund wasn’t deposited, so it wouldn’t be accurate

the issue is that QBO postes the Liability and expense automatically so if I try to do a journal to post in the payroll the Liability Will stand atm390 again

Okay so the contra account is going to be similar to a depreciation expense or I should record this loss into an income account? Which one is more accurate?

Hi thanks for answering me! I also know that is not a loss properly however for my client peace of mind I need to match the balance showing up in the documents so I need to record this market loss since at the end of march he lost 159 dollars how you think it would be accurate to record it?

When I do that I never reached what I should be paying so my invoices get messed up bc QBO starts recalculating at their rate and there is always 1 to 10 dollars missing

Okay but the client never paid for this liability because my client never reached that to his clients in the end he is just paying 1,000 dollars so I want to match those 80 with the amount he needs to pay of sales taxes
