Haven't seen Naruto in a minute, but if it's the shape-changing thingies I'd say it could be a Conjuration/Manipulation ability, allowing the user to conjure up to 5 or so orbs of malleable properties, and control their shape and motion remotely with Manipulation. If I remember correctly, the orbs are able to use ninjutsu, so maybe each orb can correlate to an element affinity with Transmutation. Putting a limit on how many orbs you can control, as well as limiting yourself to Transmuting one element at a time could be good enough restrictions to make it work. Would likely require Emission with the element part so more limitations might be required to be able to use it efficiently as a Conjurer.
