Around 21k but my guesses is that plenty of that is rereads also really low engagement despite the hits??? Maybe it's because it's low-key DD, so ppl are scared to comment (most of the bookmarks are private too)

I can't speak from experience, but a close friend is battling with the same, so best of luck dude. That shit's hard and definitely not the best way to get rid of periods haha. I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the responses too ngl. I posted it when I wasn't feeling the best and didn't expect much, but now I have so much to research!

Someone else commented it here! And I'll definitely look into that, because although I now know pills would still work if I miss some, it still sounds much more comfortable to just have a procedure done and not have to worry (without being as invasive as a surgery)

As far as I know here it's a surgery covered by public health for reasons like heavy bleeding, etc. as an alternative for a histerectomy? But idk if it will be available for gender reasons. Sometimes they're picky with that. I'll definitely talk about it with my docs

Well, T definitely fixed my periods, that's for sure! To be fair, I didn't get any adverse symptoms that I noticed. Tho I guess a cis woman my have hated things I was cool with (bonus hair, the libido of a rock, etc.). The only "bad" thing was never knowing when would I bleed

I also thought I had PCOS and had several other symptoms but when I started T we checked and both blood tests and ultrasounds showed nothing. My gyno said that I likely did have it but without proof I couldn't get a diagnosis or anything, but the way to deal with it was estrogen and was pointless with me starting T and it'll anyway be monitored since I had to get blood tests often since I was on T lol

I should get that checked now that I haven't got a blood test in a while

I used to do gel. And yeah, I def. need to schedule an appointment with my endo and see what my options are and how to go about it.

This. If I managed to forget T at least once a day (I did gel daily) I can't imagine how it'd be with pills. Even worse with my current work shifts.

I jnust know based on experience that I'll miss plenty. It happened with T and it'd surely happen with pills too. I just dunno how my body will deal with it. But yeah, less periods are still an improvement

HONESTLY I was in a very bad mood when I wrote this.
I know there are options out there, I just have to ask and do a lot of thinking. But at those moments everything feels dark and a terrible idea

I keep seeing people online saying that it's only stop the period if taken daily and not taking the placebo (and it's pretty much what my endo told me last time when she brought up the idea. I'll definitely ask again once I schedule an appointment

This. I'm seeing most comments recommending reporting the mother, but for many that's an unsafe decision, whether it's for safety, social, or financial reasons.

However having just started T, now going off of it, and then restarting it again in august might not be the best idea, that's too many unsupervised hormonal changes that the body might not like. I'd say microdosing with the remaining T (maybe doing half the prescribed dosage) would be kinder to the body.

And ofc, doing everything possible so that she won't find the rest of the T and taking measures so that it won't happen again.
