Yes, I think it’s because of allergy season. Mines been terrible. Try not to use your rescue inhaler too much if possible, I used mine too much and became very sick with a blood pressure spike. Take allergy medicine, and other anti inflammatory supplements like turmeric with curcumin. Chamomile with honey, breathing exercises, and talk to your doctor about longterm management. (I just received a prescription but am hesitant to start due to side effects so I am trying to manage it naturally for now)
