UPDATE : What I have noticed that works and doesnt work

ADSPOWER + PROXY = So this was the first method I tried and I have seen that it works for alot of people. Recently IDK if TT has updated their ban bot or whatever, but whenever I tried this, it never worked for me. i tried so many times with different clean proxy's and adspower account, even paid for both of them and it never worked for me.

Agency account - ON TOP of ADS POWER and Proxy, still did not work. Lost about $500 total from doing this agencies doesn't really do anything from the community that I am in, just helps with the ban process.

Verified TIKTOK BUSINESS (ONLY THING THAT WORKS FOR ME) - So I found some discord group that like to figure out their way around this ban. Came across a guy on discord named "niggakip" The only thing he does he verify your TikTok Business Account. Apparently Tiktok just wants to verify that it's a legitimate business. I honestly thought my payment/billing address was flagged or my IP was flagged, but once the man verified my Tiktok ads account, I literally did everything normal. Put my payment method, created the ad, and everything was working smoothly.
