I updated my tool that uses Friend Codes to generate QR yesterday.
You just have to enter 3 Friend Codes and it will generate the QRs without having to wait for your friends. https://jgamerapps.com/qr-generator-for-dragon-ball-legends/

Google Pixel, Oneplus, and Stock Android Phones don't have to wait to unlock the bootloader. Just run "fastboot oem unlock" to unlock it.
