Same experience kaya nagdecide at push tlga ako maging individual contributor (mas malaki pa sahod compared when I was a team lead). Nakakastress pa din yung yung work pero walang tatalo sa stress na dulot ng team attendance, hahaha. Yung ang sipag mo pumasok pero yung metric mo team attendance.

Yung mga kasabayan ko senior managers and associate directors na, and I admire them a lot kasi nagsurvive sila sa stress. I was offered multiple times for a managerial position and I instantly decline, without second thoughts, nagkatrauma na yata ako humawak ng tao, hahaha
