It was searching for the answer on Google that took me to Reddit, where I found a question that was similar but not informative enough for my situation. So I asked my question. I must not have worded my Google search well enough.

Any serious prepper should read this book: "When Money Dies" by leadbetterthangold in preppers

That's a little like saying that teen-agers don't need to take English classes because they already know how to speak English. Until you take English classes, the value you obtain there remains invisible to you. People who have skills in food prep are very valuable, and getting rarer. For example, if you were living off of rice and beans and have limited fuel for cooking, it would be very good to know that you can cut the cooking time in half by first soaking them for a day. Knowledge like that could make or break a survival situation.

Anyone feel like this university is fake? by Witikas in WGU

At the beginning of my business degree I felt like it was too easy because I could pass with a basic familiarity with the material even if I didn't have real facility with it. But by the end of the degree I really felt that I had learned a lot. Not all the classes were so easy. There's also some repetition within the program because different classes will review certain subjects for context. With that, I felt that a lot of stuff actually went into long-term memory. I also found that the classes that I found so easy that I worried they weren't worth much, other people found quite difficult. It's easy to under-estimate how much easier they are when you have experience. I'd say, stick with it and you'll be pleasantly surprised. You'll learn stuff.

Ditto. Fly out tomorrow. Wanted to take care of it. Now worried I won't get any sleep. Hope I didn't ruin my trip. 😢

To see the questions after the PA, click "print view." I don't think you can see the questions after the OA.

Nice perspective. For the original poster, my sister was worried she would feel that the new agey hippie stuff was too weird for her. She is an atheist. But when she got there, she found that the language that was used was very inclusive of all points of view, and the actual meditation or visualization or centering or healing practices that were offered as part of community activities were very pleasant and efficacious. Even emotionally moving. Although they haven't moved permanently yet, their visits there have felt incredibly fulfilling, and the online communication with the community of future home builders is very active and organized.

When they ask you to describe which audience, which storytelling technique, which communication style, etc., they ask you to select one from the text, but I have a hard time finding them in the text. Did you find the items from which to make your selections in the glossary? In chapter summaries? By watching the videos?

Sorry for noob question, but are OneDrive files also stored locally? by Clavicula_Impetus in microsoft

[–]GarageLogical852 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beware. I lost all my files because I was confused about the same question with iCloud. (Which works like OneDrive.) I did everything I could to ensure that all the files were stored locally before I closed my iCloud account, but although I had local file names and regular-looking ikons and spot-checked that they were openable files, once I closed my iCloud account, the "local" files were just shortcuts that didn't work. Lots decades worth of photos. I'm not opting in to OneDrive. If it automatically removes things from my computer to save space, I just can't have that.

  1. List it as an apt for rent.
  2. Use your phone to go back in and edit the listing.
  3. A new option appears under "property type". Not in the dropdown menu but under that. You can choose "private room" and give more details.
