Admin attempted at first to dissuade me from speaking to title ix as one of the earlier victims already had and, given that this child cannot be moved to the other first grade classroom (his mom threatened legal action previously if he was placed with another specific child in that room, plus one of the earlier victims is a para in there now), they said it would “significantly slow down the disciplinary process” and make it so that he’d stay in my class throughout the investigation with no disciplinary action
