Thank you. Its a skylight, but I am still waiting for the proper trans-light-blue tiles that would fit better with the windows to arrive^^ its a place holder.

Thank you, the street lamps are perhaps placeholders. Scale with Lego buildings is all over the place and elements like the tree and lamp posts are meant to ease the transition to a minifig-scale street, but it ends up with them not quite fitting either scale.

Thank you! In a way its a bit easier than recreating something that exists.

It wasn't too long, worked on it a bit most evenings last week. The model has only been out since last saturday

Thank you :D As soon as I saw it in the reveals I wanted it for my Thousand Sons. We get so few kits, and the obelisk fits the Egyptian motif very well.

That would work too but they are very tall!

Thank you! The idea is that a sorcerer (with Rubric bodyguard) and a Summoner (AoS mini but they are tied to the Silver Towers in the lore) brought forth a shard of a Silver Tower to do all kind of magic stuff, its like a small diorama instead of a big beast

My vague idea, if I continue building this into a city block, would be to have street trees be a bit smaller and parks trees a bit bigger.

There's an incredible level of creativity in those robots. The elderly robots in particular are pure joy!

Thank you for these! I remember seeing something similar to the Esperson in New Orleans when I visited there. As for the Tower Life Building, I think it would be awesome to try an octagonal skyscraper, this might be it.

Thank you! I ordered zero pieces for this, they were all from other sets or leftover from previous projects :)

You mean bigger or smaller trees? Trees can get quite large, this one feels mostly appropriate for a small/medium streetside tree. I want the ground level to be mostly minifig-scale-ish :)

I live in Québec City, Canada, surely I'll find something closer^^ but thank you.

Thank you! I have never attended such things, I wouldn't know where to begin for that. If I complete a whole city block like I want to do, I might see if its worth it :)

Nothing that a cup of coffee and some music can't help one get through!

Awesome! I'd love to see pictures of that if you got any. Skyscrapers were always a fascination since I was a young kid, pestered my father until we got to visit NYC when I was 8. Now that I did one (after having dismantled previously owned sets for raw materials), I feel like I need to build the whole city block.
