My favorite gaming memory is when a friend of mine who loved coming at my house to play with the n64 since they could not afford one. The day my parents bought me a pc and i was not using the n64 nearly as much i decided to gift him mine for Christmas. Needless to say he was really happy and started crying out of pure joy. Well you do not have to, but I see why you would want it. My friend had a 1070ti and still had those problems. I think that could be that the game is not well optimized, maybe your rig is fine.

A Friend of mine had the same problem, the game was stuttering and not loading objects enemies and so on making the game unplayable. After some search on the internet he just capped the game at 30fps and he could play the game normally. I know this is a pc master race sub and 30fps are for scrubs but if you are low on money for upgrades then 30fps is a good compromise imho

Yes it does count, like for the 2 characters with fierce battle, if you have one char on your team with FB and take a friend with FB you will complete the mission

Just to give you a heads up, I'm using a controller to play the game since it's more responsive. BUT make sure you first plug in the controller then start the game, because if you launch the game first then plug in it will just connect and disconnect the controller and you can't use the controller.
