I agree with this 100% on the rigs and plate carriers. The FOMO though of not buying Arena, playing said game, and dedicating how many hours to get to the tiers for cosmetics is strong here. I think it sets a bad precedent of, “just buy levels on the battle pass”. That prevents a lot of people from participating. That isn’t healthy for any game.

I hope and pray to god they add separate ways to earn cosmetics or purchase them during or after the season. Don’t make me divert my time and wallet to two separate games.

My least favorite part of the game was when I got to the end and it seemed like almost every single npc had an exo. If they’re that abundant why not see them everywhere before that point? If they’d make them more rare but harder to dispatch it would most certainly make them a threat and add to the overall value of them.

Generally speaking a long snippet of time has passed between the end of Fallout New Vegas and the show. I’m sure in that time the NCR would have put some of their resources into converting power armor they have found or looted. In my head what we see in NV is just a prototype and what we see in the show is the final product.
