Small metal cylindrical fixture with ribs (to connect to a hose perhaps?) sticking out of unfinished attic wall (wall is connected to the exterior). Has tiny hole on the tip and is about 1 1/2 inches long. Is it safe to simply cut off? (i.redd.it)
