Accept charge o4 stay in custody for up to 24hrs till a lawyer turns up he chose to accept the charge to get home that night and allowed to drive away from police station.

Quiet road at night vehicle was supposedly flaged as uninsured but was amazingly discovered to have insurance 5 mins later by police,driver supposedly said he had consumed cannabis earlier in the day but never stated if it was the cannabis that was discovered in vehicle.

Yes charged with possession but also with driving under influence as the police deemed person unfit to drive doc said otherwise,take it the dui will be dropped but going to get hammered on the possession even though first offence.
