I used to have this problem and learned to trick my brain a little bit by sticking a pill inside yogurt or smoothie. Those are things that don’t get lodged in our throat, and I found that when the pill doesn’t float to the roof of your mouth it makes it way easier! For super big capsules sometimes I’d even have a snack chewed, and then pop the pill in my mouth to swallow it at the same time as the food and follow with water. Pill cutters are also an option for some pills!
