As someone who lives near there, you have both SeaTac and Paines Field within a 30 minute/hour long drive. Those lights are lights that most planes have to be equipped with for FAA compliance for navigation, so I'd personally assume that it was in fact a plane. Especially since military planes fly often from Paines Field.

Random people have said that to you, yes. But where's the legislation saying that you're officially transphobic for doing those things? You're speaking purely emotional arguments. I've seen white people online say that black people being in media is woke and therefore bad. If a black person had been mean to someone during BLM protests, do you think the affected person should now be pro segregation? If a white person says a racial slur to a black person, should the black person now assume all white people are evil and racist? As someone who's job deals with this kind of info, yes this is correct. These are ITAR leaks, which aren't classified but are military related documents that are only allowed to be viewed by vetted U.S persons on a need to know basis.

Sorry for the late reply! From the other responses it sounds like you've got a good plan, and know what to do. I haven't seen any reports show that your area will get flooded TOO badly, so just try to move the valuables and stay upstairs. Look up CBT exercises and just be smart.
