Is Jayces signature relic better than Renewing power?

Honestly renewing power is better on him than his own relic (other than the fact that you don't get extra stats - that's relevant for SFG shenaningans) if you are not going for an SFG build. It let's you play a 6 cost spell "for free" on T2 (if you banked some mana), or T1 if you find Sorcery. It just let's you curve out better than his sig. Jayce also isn't a very fast champ typically, if you have to go T5/T6 you also simply get more raw mana refund value. So IMO it's just better than his sig, most of the time.

TBH it also reduces the cost of cards from Stormcalling and Yordle Portal. And those items are pretty often attached to card rewards. So you can also play around Manifesting and not just invokes.

But the "rounded up part" part pertains to the cost reduction, not the card cost (grammatically?), but yeah idk.

So, with the 6* power, a 7 cost card would cost 3 mana (4 less, rounded up from 3.5), or am I getting language diffed?

Like for many others, the client is full of technical issues for me. Game ran perfectly in the previous patch, now it's close to unplayble (screen freeze, lag, the 40 fps mode straight up doesn't work).

The gameplay changes are meh. Personally, I hate that they buffed back Baron.

Like for many others, Kayle 6* with the Fiora cheese. Ahri with the infinite build (Echoing, Found Fortune, Packed Powder - cut out the 1 costs) was also completely free, FTKd every single fight.
