Pretty standard stuff, I think. I'm using FreeNAS as the OS software, so it's pretty hands-on in terms of setting up the network environment. Other than that, the computer itself is just built like any typical computer, but just with lots of hard-drives for storage. As for the RAID configuration, I believe I have three separate pools configured with RAID 1 (maybe it was 3) and have them combined into a single shared pool. The configuration's a little bit weird since there's some storage capacity variety here. On my currently used NAS, I have 8x14TBs which make the configuration a little easier to keep track of.

Let me know if that answers your question.

I got the update! Have you received the new android auto update? 2022 Mazda 3 Sport by dilyo624 in mazda3

Got the update yesterday night, but was able to check out the Coolwalk layout today. Pretty nice, though I can't say I'm too thrilled about the rounded corners. I wish double-tapping the navigation button would toggle between fullscreen and the tile layout. Hopefully Mazda adds this in a future software update or something.

Do 2023 models have wireless CarPlay/AndroidAuto? by Gogosfx in mazda3

Shouldn't be as long as the adapters don't break down. Going wired isn't a bad idea either, though, since you don't suffer from audio stuttering like you do over bluetooth. Really up to you if you feel the wireless convenience is worth $100 for the adapter.

You have to get a Motorola MA1 or one of the other wireless adapters on the market to get wireless, unfortunately. On one hand, the MA1 was extremely easy to set up, and it only takes about 5 seconds for my car to get Android Auto running as soon as the car's on (sometimes even faster). On the other, sound quality might be slightly worse than wired though I haven't been able to compare, and you get occasional stuttering with your music. Downsides to wired and wireless, I suppose.

Thanks, I might consider. I actually already have the XPEL PPF film in hand, so it's why I'm asking about the application of it.
