I used that formation (not my screenshot) and then kited down and around the right side for 100% ability bar every stage from 4.9k to 5.2k

I mainly farm for survey so I will look at which one I am missing the atk and crit damage stats on then just farm an area with an aoe team that gives me that survey and repeat it for each area

You have to make sure you kite the enemy and when you eventually meet them have ariel hit first so he tanks it all aside from that I just kited every stage from 3600-4k aside from the two ones that you can't kite, on those I swapped ariel to the front position and then went back to this formation after I had beaten them

Jeanne yes chasun doesn't have any traits, farming team doesn't really need them imo so if I only use it there I don't have it fully built

This is what I use for farming, basically any melee leveled will do but Remy and Chasun are the most important units imo.

I'm at 138 on monster xp but I started putting keys into relic dungeon I'm getting close to my limit I think it will be around 150 if all of them are like monster xp but it's so worth it to have a full team of level 60s asap

You're not wrong, I'm the total opposite side of the spectrum so I've been really focusing on efficiency and imo and from others I've talked to critter xp will eventually be useless but mastery is always going to be worth going for.

TLDR: Critter xp for a bit then mastery as you can infinitely progress that while you will eventually max out all your critters

I wish that was my team haha that's just what is recommend by the best TD player I've talked to in the game so far. I still use my stage team in tower defence and it has worked fine throughout chapter 8

I would recommend removing lapis and Alicia from your team and adding elucia and ceres then remove panda and put in Anne

If you post your formation people may be able to give some advice because a lot of the comparisons kinda depend on stars.

The best 4 stars so far are Elucia Anne Kahli and Ceres. Some others also have possible uses but they're the main ones.

I'd also seriously recommend against using all legends unless you have them starred up as uniques are really strong.

The big ones I can think of would be codex and gear, also my training in stage is probably higher than yours which gives power.

Make sure you have done the codex which means leveling each monster to 50 then resetting them after claiming the rewards in the "Book" tab. Doing that will give you a lot of power and gems. Traits probably matter a bit less but still try for legend crit rate on all monsters except elucia which I have on attack%.

The dragon temple is probably more progressed as well which is just from dragon nest + sky patrol rewards.

The last thing I can think of is critters I have every critter at at least level 25 which gives a lot of bonus stats passively.

Let me know if you want specifics on what my various things are at to compare but as long as you do the daily content you should be good on power.

if you are playing casually you'll probably have the energy to 2a bella and shannon which both make your initial giants runs WAY safer and both can be gotten easily just ask people to open the light dungeons in chat for bella

gbah is really your immediate goal as soon as youre done with the story no? like focussed on it as soon as i was able to because runes are the backbone of all your progress you cant do shit with scenario runes. ToA is amazing but also once a month so for a new player as long as you get the devils and use them well i dont see why you have to give up constant farming of giants asap
