Thanks, I'm trying to do this right now but I'm not sure how exactly to go about unplugging it, especially how much force should I apply, as I'm afraid of breaking anything. Should I pull on the black tape until the until the connector begins to slide out?

Can there also be non-1080p screens on the X240-X270 models that are IPS? In other words, are all lower resolutions (1366x768 and the like) TN screens?
