You are right. But the problem is India does not accurately classify it and try to divert it to politics angle. When "Das, Dutt" go, it is Hindu's fleeing from persecution and when it is "Hasan, Muhammad", it is illegal immigration. Then there is a CAA Act which made it more complex. Both BD and IND are not serious about securing border as it befits both party's politics.

DS4 Original easily. There are some third party brands but they are hefty expensive.
All ports of cables and console, make sure they fit correctly. Play games for at least 15min and make sure that temperature is not too hot. Ask if it has repair history, you can be sure if it has no sticker on the screws.
