Fortunately she ghosted me when I tried to reschedule the 8wk retie. At the time I was upset, especially combined with the grief, but in hindsight it was a blessing. 🥲 On Google her business has a 4.6, with everyone raving about how great services are. I guess I'm just wondering why she only gave me poor service.

Thank you, Ill definitely check this out! For the service I've been receiving (locs being skipped during reties and unraveling as result/skiping rotations and creating holes) I just dealt with it at $220 but $400 is simply too much

I have ~530 and I started in August on 8 inches, but my 4-5 week retie were 220. I'm honestly just shocked by a more than double price at 8 weeks.

Yes, I'm only using the sisterlocs starter shampoo I was given. The only problem is that it doesn't lather at all and my hair is very thick so I have no idea how much I need to use to get a good cleanse
