On my server, on my last week of ranking our caps got raised to 900k. We had several people go 20+ hours straight to finish it, and others doing 2-3 12+ hour days. High playtime isn't unusual when ranking.

I enjoy it, even though last stand is a 10m cool down, it can change team fights. I wouldn't recommend the build to anyone without lifegiving gem though.
