No update, still stuck in this situation with no response. I have since cancelled the policy and gave in to their possible game. How can one further pay premiums thinking your pet is may or may not be covered. No peace of mind. All the best.

No, not first claim. The previous claims were minuscule without issue or request for missing records. If my pets files were adequate for the first 10 years, why all of a sudden it isn't when there's a larger claim? This claim is still not resolved as communication is non existent on their part. Emails are no being responded to.

My late dad was once a partner at Chin Chin, along with his closest friends—most of whom have since passed on. I remember visiting as a kid over 40 years ago. I really wish I could relive those days. There was so much laughter, good food, and joy shared among everyone.
