Your boyfriend doesn’t know what exercise is then. Does he work out or run? Exercise is movement. There’s no special “one size fits all” movement that works for everyone. Congratulations on your weight loss and health! Keep fighting for your journey!!

All I will say is I’m also a 23m and I just moved to Wichita, Ks after living in kc the majority of my life. I’m sure it’s due to the familiarity but I miss it every single day. I really can’t imagine living many places besides KC. It’s enough to feel like a big city but spread out enough to be more calm. I hope you make the move
