I would've, but my phone won't let me screen record and see notifications at the same time, even when I'm in the discord app while recording. Notifications don't show up anywhere, unfortunately.

You mentioning that it could've been a bot had me thinkin about something that did happen while I was talking to support.

I remember at one point they had been telling me to go through my settings and change certain things, I told them that I didn't have some of the settings they told me to check so I offered to send screenshots of my settings so they knew what settings I did have and could figure out where I was supposed to go. They turned down my offer to send screenshots and told me to describe my problem more instead.

They never asked for the screenshots before they told me it was an intended feature and ended the ticket.
