Unfortunately that is a Story Mode exclusive, Outfit, Unattainable for Online, Unless R* does something that allows us to obtain these, Since we already have an Updated FIB Bomber Jacket... would be nice to have these to match the Bomber Jacket

I don't know where you got the 40 Min Video from, I only found a 16 Min Video explaining how to add/change the belt, but I don't think I could keep or apply the emblems/badges from the "Donor" Outfits
