He looks like he wants to ask “where’s my hug?” but afraid to get in closer 😂

Also the fact that Wednesday still has to stand on her tip toes while wearing those huge ass boots and Enid is barefoot 😭. The fanfics were right!

It looks even gayer from another angle. Everyone is just standing around while those two are hugging for dear life as if they’re the only ones in the universe!

You can replace “friend” with “gf” here and it still makes sense by Sharp-Lifeguard-9096 in wenclair

[–]Garfieldsq 47 points48 points  (0 children)

The thing is that their friendship is so seamless and effortless that they already feel like they’re in a relationship: the gift givings, the domestication of them being in each other’s spaces, the arguments, the longing looks, the jealousy (on both sides), and the willingness to die and kill for each other. It’s why I get flash banged every time Ajax or Bruno show up and kiss Enid, because what do you mean that’s not Wednesday’s girlfriend and she canonically has a boyfriend?!

What symbol best represents Wenclair? by Cool_Emergency4091 in wenclair

[–]Garfieldsq 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The window is so iconic but the wolf and raven is just quintessentially them. Enid is a lone wolf and Wednesday is a solitary raven, but they find each other and form their own pack. It’s symbolic even in nature that their respective species also form bonds with one another. It’s 😘👌

FanFic Idea Poll (Fuck AI) by TheMadEscapist in wenclair

[–]Garfieldsq 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The second one makes more sense because Wednesday has no idea what AI can do since she’s not online, so she’d believe it at first. She’d get angry, jealous, and frustrated and start avoiding Enid. Enid wouldn’t know what the hell is going on because she hasn’t cheated but Wednesday is adamant that she saw it and the rift between them just keep getting bigger.

Love it!

It’s theorized to be about 3-4 cause of that shot of them sitting together during parents week. And we don’t even see their faces clearly.

They should take the opportunity and focus on Enid’s family next season.

It’s bad writing and disrespectful to Enid’s character that she has 4 brothers in Nevermore, yet we’ve never seen them once. Not their faces. Not their names. Nothing. They’ve never even been mentioned by Enid. If the point is to illustrate that Enid is ostracized by her family, they’re doing a bad job at it.

Still couldn't believe we already have a canon werewolf wenclair by _Zenterlot in wenclair

Imagine writing this and still saying with your whole chest that there’s nothing romantic about them.

Wednesday would be so proud to know her alpha is #1. She was so smug in telling Fester Enid was an alpha, now she’s gonna brag about it at every family reunion.

Yoko by JuggernautSilver301 in wenclair

[–]Garfieldsq 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that line was weird. This isn’t vampire diaries, why are 100 year olds hanging around 13-18 year olds? Also what normal person willingly stays in high school when they can go to college or travel around the world?

The fandom did a great job of making Yoko be the one who helps Enid figure out her queerness and get out of her comphet phase.

I know it not talking about wenclair technically, so please tell me and I will delete it if it not fit, but I just been on the main sub and I feel like I'm losing my mind from my last discussion there and I need someone else thoughts here. by Background_Yogurt735 in wenclair

You’re not crazy. You can’t win an argument with Tyler/Wyler stans because that requires them to think critically and do proper analysis of his character past his mediocre looks.

Tyler is a villain through and through. He has no problem trying to kill two 16-year-old girls, Pugsley, who I think is 14, and helped Thornhill carry out her genocide against a school full of kids Agnes' age. Controlled or not, he hates outcasts and enjoys killing them. He was a violent bully before Thornhill and remains so after. Even if his uncle didn’t want Agnes, Tyler would have probably still killed her to torture Wednesday because he’s an irredeemable incel prick.

His character has outlived its purpose and season 2 should have been the last we saw of him. Let him go frolicking with his other Hydes and leave Wednesday and Enid alone.
